Hi I bought a Samsung A12 in Feb.
On the 5th March it starting beeping for no reason at 19:00 hrs.
I had to turn it on/off to stop it.

Hi, I Bought my Samsung A12 2weeks ago and everything has been working fine. Then midday all of a sudden the Sim card Logos go off. And It is replaced by a cancel sign indicating no sim cards fave been inserted. And at the top left it shows emergency calls only. There are 2 sims in the phone but it has been showing this. Even when i play songs the is no sound at all but when i plugg in earphones there is sound. Few days went and the sound came back but earphones had no sound. It keeps on going like that. How do i fix this?

I can’t find where to record a message for my voicemail. I have gone into voicemail, entered my phone number for voicemail number. I have also tried holding 1 on the phone’s keypad but that just takes me to my messages. Currently, when I miss a call, the caller just hears a beep. Thanks
Using the A12, i hear low volume background music. Bought phone new first week of june, sent back, new phone june 11th, having same problems” low volume music in background, sometimes, not all the time. Phone has insurance.

I recently bought Galaxy A12 and tried to install Axie Infinity app. It’s installed, can explore the menus, everthing ok including the QRcode but when clicking the Adventure or Arena, it doesn’t proceed to the main game. Tried to uninstall the app, re-install with same error. Rebooted but same error.

I have a just bought an A12 and I cannot connect to my wifi. It is showing none available, not even neighbour’s networks. I have tried adding it using the my network name manually or the QR code and and it still does not save it. I have done a network reset and it is still not finding my fibre wifi router which is in the same room and recently installed. It works on my laptop and tablet and did on my A5.

The sounds from themes do not work on my a12. I’ve tried numerous different themes with different sounds, example, ringtones, notification sounds, any sounds that came with the theme do not work when I apply the theme. Please help
I have been using my A12 for less than 24 hours. It boots me out of apps and sometimes doesn’t let me use my keyboard at all. It often will show my home screen wallpaper and flash between that and a black screen without showing me apps. Did you reset your phone? If not, reset your phone once, it will fix many app related problems.
Keep in mind, before resetting, make sure to backup the important data of your phone.

Hi there, my problem with my A12 is that it either doesn’t ring when someone calls, or the other person can’t hear me or my voice is breaking up. I have checked volume and it isn’t that. If I move to the front steps of my apt there is sometimes an improvement. It is so frustrating! It comes and goes…. are there “dead spots”? My older J1 worked fine with calls… in the same location. I hope you can help.

Bought A12 recently. Length of time it rings is not long enough. Sometimes it it about 4 seconds, others 15 seconds and others 12 seconds. Tried **61*121*11*30# to change to 30 seconds but still the same Samsung said to try **61*321*11*30 but again still the same. Any ideas how to change permanently.
The app that keeps closing is the settings app. I am unable to clear the cache as the app closes before I can get that far. I can’t work out how to solve this.

I bought this phone in August 2021 , and it seemed to work fine. But recently whenever I try to send voice notes ( whatsapp, telegram, signal) it doesn’t seem to work. Sometimes you cannot hear the audio, or in the middle it just gets cut off. I thought there might be an issue with the apps itself, but for others it seems just fine. Please help. Thank you.

just bought my son the a12 for xmas and got it all setup but the wifi range is absolutely rubbish, it will only connect to wifi if phone is right next to router.
i have tried everything from clearing the cache partition, resetting network and factory reset but the range is still rubbish so now im thinking possible software issue or phone is broke?

Hi, I bought my a12, like 3 months ago. now when the phone is on and I hit the power button to lock the screen it doesn’t work. However, if I hold down the power button I still get the 3 opinions -power off, restart and emergency call.- but If I hit the power button multiple times the screen refuses to turn off. I woke up to my phone dead I put it on the charger and powered it on. It did the load screen twice and went to my lock screen I unlocked my phone and my screen went black and when I hold the power button the screen flashes a completely black screen like it’s on and then it goes back off I tried soft resetting it but it does not work it just keeps flashing that screen until I stop holding the power button

I have a problem with my keypad on my A12 Cellphone
When I am typing a message on the WhatsApp and want to start a new senttence by pressing the bottom righthand corner on the left facing arrow it is not available.
As a result a send message is in its place . This is causing constant half or incomplete messages being sent and messages is incomplete.
How do I get my arrow back.

Hi, I have a Galaxy A12 (Dual Sim). The phone is constantly issuing an alert every 4/5 minutes sounding like “BING-BONG”. I have reduced the volume control to zero and still the alert goes off. I have had an A12 for a couple of years and now it has started having a screen lockup just from time to time, when I turn the phone side ways and back it will work for a while, also the speaker stops working from time to time, people can hear me but I get nothing, I can turn on the speaker phone and hear them, then it will go back to working correctly for a while? Any help would be appreciated.

My Samsung A 12 did an update on June 8 2023 and now I can’t make or receive phone calls or use my data . Can’t send texts or receive eather.
My Samsung A12 will not let me talk when I make a phone call, they cannot hear me on the other end. Also, When I get a phone call the voicemail is scrambled. Everything else works fine.
