I’m having a problem with if I turn my A21s off , on start up it goes into flight mode and safe mode , even trying a reset doesn’t solve the problem and I’m left with the phone in safe mode that won’t switch off , is this a common problem and does anyone have a solution ?

Hi I’ve got an A21s and have started having the same problem since about midnight last night. Gmail just freezes and crashes as soon as I open it and other apps the same.
