Network Data problem, I have tried to do all solution like reseting network setting if you have any bright solution please
My phone will not receive calls or texts while connected to wifi. Mobile data state will go to disconnected while on wifi. I have changed Sim card 3 times, reset network multiple times and done a factory reset. Still not working.
I’m having a problem with messages and attached gifs or emoji’s not showing up in the body of the text. I’ve done the reset feature and it’ll work for a little while and then it’ll only give me the gray box and when you click on it for the download to resume it still will not. Thank you so much for your time and effort on helping inexperienced tech people navigate troubleshooting our phones.
Hi, thanks for your time and provided info. I’ll try to explain what I’m experiencing with my S21 (regular, not ultra, plus): when I leave wifi covered area, mobile data simply won’t turn on. The Mobile Data toggle button in ON, it’s always on, but mobile data icon, the one in the upper right corner of the screen, next to the clock, is missing. Never mind which Network Mode is selected (usualy it’s LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)) mobile data just won’t start automatically. So, when I leave my house, I need to a) restart phone or b) change Network Mode selection (whichever change works). I contacted my operator (Telenor), numerous forums, Samsung support, did Network setting reset, Factory reset… nothing helps.
Funny thing is, if I turn off phone’s WiFi manualy, while inside, MobileData icon appears and everything is ok!
Phone is 3 months old.
Hi guys I just wanted to mention that something similar happened to my S21. And in my case it was related to they way I charged my phone. So I had this very long zoom meeting and my phone was dying so I plugged my phone to a USB port extender plugged to my laptop. My phone was charging super slow probably for an hour or two. After that the random shutting down started non stop. I restarted, clean the phone app cache, nothing worked. I found the solution on this page https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01002035/ Just properly charge your phone. So I just turned my phone off and plugged to my Anker fast charger and let it plugged until it hit the 85% (I have that option on to extend the battery life) And this fixed the problem . Hope it helps!
I had purchased a new galaxy s21 plus a month ago. Now since last 1 week I am facing this issue of network. Phone showing full coverage but when someone tried to call me it’s unreachable and I am not even able to make any call. After restart it’s gets normal but now everyday I need to do this. Please suggest to fix this permanently
I have recently acquired a S21 and have been experiencing network issues ever since the new updates. The phone says it’s connected to the internet, but some apps act like there is no connection. Other apps open, but cannot update or refresh the current data displayed. Google chrome, specifically, acts up by not letting me access certain sites or upload any information onto sites. When the device is connected to wifi, everything acts normal. Please help!
My Samsung s21+ apps won’t take passwords that work on windows apps
Any time that I connect to Bluetooth, after a while of it playing at normal volume it will slowly lower the base volume. After an hour or two of playing music over my speakers, even maxing the volume is nearly silent. Is there an east fix or can I call anyone for it? Thanks
well mine drops call wont recieve texts sometimes it also wont let me redial a dropped call say I eed to connect to a network none of this was wrong with my galaxie 9 personally I think the 21 is a piece of junk have applied for a new one if this doesnt work its a new carrier and a new phone
My S21+ is connected to TMobile and when I arrived from a flight I got H+ as service instead of 4G LTE and it’s so damn slow to the point it’s unusable. Went to the carrier store and couldn’t fix it. Reset Network settings, factory reset, new sim card. All this and still have H+ and sometim E. Tried the tip here of leaving it on airplane mode for a bit but that didn’t help /:
