My mi 11 ultra’s rear display turns off automatically repeatedly. Whenever i turn it on from settings it works for 1 day and suddenly turn off and i have to again turn it on again and again. Can’t understand why is this happening as I’m not using battery saver too.

I just bought a Mi 11 ultra. I’m facing this huge problem where I don’t receive notifications when I locked my screen. It’s only showing a tick from the sender Whatsapp. When I wake my screen, suddenly all notifications came in. My phone do not react to Whatsapp call as well when my screen is off. But normal messages and phone calls is fine. I supposed this is connectivity issue? I’ve tried with and without wifi, resetting my phone, battery optimized, no restrictions for my Whatsapp and reboot my device as well.
It’s not a connectivity issue, you can fix it!
First of all go to your phone’s Settings > App manager > search for WhatsApp and click on it.
Then tap on Notifications option and if you see Hide notification option enabled, then disable it.
Now check if your problem is fixed or not.
